Returns and Exchanges


We accept returns on items within 30 days of receiving you item. Returns must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged. All tags must remain in place and items must be returned in the original biodegradable plastic bag (Please do not send back items loose in a post bag with no protection!). Please try on your purchases for size and fit in a clean indoor environment and take care to ensure clothing does not make contact with any makeup. We cannot accept any returned items that have been marked or damaged. 

We can not accept returns for socks that have been taken out of the packaging.

Warehouse sale/Final priced items - we accept exchanges and store credit however do not accept refunds for these items.

If you would like to exchange or return a product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Email your return request to 

We advise customers to send returns via registered post through Australia Post (Registered Post/Express Post) or a recognised courier and keep your Tracking Number. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All postal costs for returned goods are payable by the customer and will be reimbursed by Avila only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Once returned items have been received they will undergo quality review and when cleared, you will either be sent your new items (for exchange) and charged/refunded the subsequent amount if items differ in price, or refunded the full amount to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

We thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before shipped, and each garment is packed carefully. However, we advise customers to check garments thoroughly upon receipt, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. Any claim for damage to items received or shortage in shipment must be notified to Avila via email within 14 days of receiving goods; we cannot accept claims after this period.

Please note we will not accept returns for items sent loose in a postage bag, items must be returned in their protective biodegradable bag. If you no longer have this please contact us about it when you submit your return request via
